Rodeo events aren't just for adults. If you want to help your little one join in on the fun, register for Mutton Bustin for kids presented by the Black Gold Stampede Rodeo. We provide several children's events and activities at our rodeo in Henderson, TX and are proud to host Mutton Bustin sponsored by Bar None Cowboy Church.

Your little one will get the full rodeo experience with a chance to win a belt buckle and even better bragging rights!

Our registration process

PARTICIPATING IN MUTTON BUSTIN' FOR KIDS IS EASY. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS:

Sign up at Boot Barn in Henderson beginning October 1st
The first 10 kids to sign up each night will compete in the rodeo
Make sure you agree to our contest rules and regulations

Even if your child isn't selected, you can still join us for other children's events and activities, such as a petting zoo or calf scramble. Make the most of your rodeo experience by contacting us today.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. All children must be between the ages of 5 & 7 and weigh under 65 pounds.
2. A parental consent form must be signed at time of competition.
3. Ten contestants will compete on Friday night.
4. Ten contestants will compete on Saturday night.
5. Two alternates will be chosen for each night.
6. Belt buckles will be awarded each night.
7. Each contestant will be given a ticket to the rodeo on their chosen night.
